  • Technip France - Subsea Operations Engineer

    Paris 2010 - 2012 COGA Project ( Congo Part) I have been responsible for :
    - Floatel Vessel and Fast Support Intervention Vessel selection and compliance with client specification.
    - Vessels mobilization and execution plan preparation.
    - Coordinate and optimize mobilization operation.
    - Project Interface with marine department for vessel delivery and readiness.
    - Client relationship during mobilisation phase.
    TENDERS (Egina UFR, Block 15/06): Operations engineer in charge to select vessels ( Construction Vessel, HLV, Supply,...), interface with assets department.

  • Technip France - Planning Group Leader Subsea

    Paris 2007 - 2010 Planning team up to 20 persons, reporting to the Planning Department Head.

    - General role as Sponsor: technical support (tools, methods, feedback, cross fertilisation and expertise), orientation and validation when required.
    - Participates on Projects or Tenders as necessary ( WDDM Phase 8A).
    - Performs as Appraiser the Yearly Performance Appraisals of the Planning Managers.
    - Ensures that the Department Methods are applied on projects and tenders, supervises their implementation.
    - Promotes the lessons learnt and feed-back.
    - Assists the Department Head on the team mobilisations (prepares the subsea planning workload) and the manhours budgets validation on projects and tenders.
    - Prepares the weekly updated vessels schedule consolidating the Region A projects and tenders. Reports to the Region A Operations Manager.

  • Technip France - Planning Manager

    Paris 2003 - 2007 Planning manager on several project( between 10M$ to 800M$):
    - implement the Level 1,2,3 overall schedule
    - implement the planning procedures
    - manage the planning team on the projects
    - prepare and follow the level 4 Offshore Installation Schedule on Subsea Projects
