After having worked on the metabolic syndrome and specifically the modulation of adipose tissue inflammation via a nutrition intervention (mainly looking at the impact the protein amount in the diet) at the INRA UMR 914, I remain passionated about obesity and its comorbidities and how nutrition can modulate health.
I experienced two positions thus far, one at Danone and the second on at ILSI Europe. Both allowed me to acquire an interesting knowledge first, about nutrition, the physiological effects of ingredients on health and the best way to study it, then about managing teams of university and industry experts.
My last and current position is a challenge: setting up a Nutrition lab at Oxylane.
I am doing my best to achieve a place, as a nutrition scientist, where I would be able to combine management skills within an international context and making the nutrition science evolving to better fit consumers' health requirements.
