    2009 - maintenant Work Package Leader (WBS level 2) for three FP7 ICT European projects: IoT-A (18M€), BUTLER (14M€) and iCore (13M€).
    · Coordination of 11 partners in producing deliverables and in supporting close relationships with stakeholders: Casino Group, Lufthansa Cargo, Fiat, ETSI and European Commission.
    · Implementation of workshops beside international events: IoT Week and IoT Forum.
    · Compliance with costs and deadlines. Change management. Action plan. Activity Report.
    · Design and implementation of an innovative IoT platform (ubiquitous mobile access in immersive environment) with technology transfer to business units.
    · Establishment of a dedicated showroom. Presentations to clients.
    · Integration of the solution with British Telecom M2M gateways during a collaborative project related to Smart Cities.
    · 10 patents.

  • ALCATEL-LUCENT BELL LABS FRANCE, Villarceaux, France - Research Engineer – IMS

    2006 - 2008 SaaS and SOA Technical Leader for three research projects: www.dundal.com, S4ALL (ITEA2) and SPICE (FP6).
    · Design and deployment of a high scale telecommunication service on the Web (communication hyperlink) where the callee chooses how to be contacted - IM, Video, Mail.
    · Creation of innovative IMS products (Apple Siri-like) in relation with SOA, natural language processing, semantic web and web services orchestration.
    · Responses to FP7 and FUI calls for project proposals. Consortium creation and “Pôles de compétitivité” certifications.
    · 7 patents.

  • ALCATEL CIT, Vélizy, France - Telecom Network Architect – IN, NGN

    2002 - 2006 Sales Support - Technical Specialist responsible for SFR, Orange Corporate, TAO and WiFi Bouygues Telecom.
    · Technical support to tenders (30+ RFP/RFI). Presentations to clients. Cost assessments (130+ RFQ).
    · Design and sizing of the platform in terms of extensibility, scalability and reliability.
    · Responsible for the system implementation within the development team.
    · Specification of new payment (prepaid/postpaid/m-payment) and multimedia services.

  • ALCATEL CIT, Vélizy, France - Project Manager – Corporate tools and technologies

    1999 - 2002 Objectives: to define and to promote an iterative and incremental development process based on Unified Process among several operational projects.
    Achievements:
    · Deployment in the business units of the Alcatel object-oriented development process with the related method, tools and training materials (New Technology Development Framework).
    · Responsible of the deployment for the following projects: CPH IN-CS 2, DHA, GPRS/SGSN R2, MMCS and MMAS.
    · Delivery of real-time and reusable software components to projects with focus on performance and reliability.
    · Project owner of a UML modeling tool: model generator and C++ code generator (design and real-time patterns).
    · Creation of a tool for automatic generation of documentation from UML models (grant of a European patent).

  • ALCATEL CIT, Vélizy, France - Object-Oriented Programming Expert

    1997 - 1999 Objective: introduction of the OOP paradigm within the operational projects.
    Achievements:
    · Identification of candidate projects. Training. Setting up of first methods and tools. Technical audit of projects. Experience feedback assessment.
    · Coach in UML, C++, Java and CORBA.
    · Full time involvement in the following projects: Switched Virtual Connections (SVCs controller), Local Agent Platform and GPRS/SGSN R1.
