After 9 years (from 1996 to 2004) as a business controller for major telecom operators (Orange, Neuf Telecom), I specialized as a Information and Technology (IT) consultant in business intelligence, enterprise resource planning and customer relationship management. Since 2005, I have done many consulting missions with success for large and middle companies in banking (BNP Paribas), telecoms (SFR, Tunisie Telecom, NRJ Mobile, C2I2T, etc) and medias (M6).     Project manager to define selfcare web's specifications.

    Assisting the project owner for integrating Yseop's solution in artificial intelligence to assist customer relationship service for writing answers to client complaints.

    2008 - 2009 : C2I2T / IT Departement in Morocco
    Project manager to help the IT department for reducing costs and, at the same time, keep the right level of IT capacity for business units.

    2007 : Index Multimedia / Customer Relationship Department
    Assisting the project owner for doing a re-engineering of the business processes for a part of the customer service.

    2005 - 2006 : NRJ Mobile / Customer Relationship Department
    Project owner for defining the business processes and specifications of IT tools for all the customer service.
