Je suis une personne ambitieuse et persévérante qui a passé plusieurs années dans l'environnement juridique, la gestion de projets et coaching mais après avoir acquis une vaste expérience dans ces diverses industries, j'ai eu l'opportunité de commencer une nouvelle étape de ma vie professionnelle dans le secteur du recrutement.
Il n'y a rien de mieux que de trouver des opportunités pour des gens intelligents qui ont une passion pour faire des choses formidables, dans le processus qui me donne tant de satisfaction et de gratitude de la part des gens avec qui je travaille.
Je concentre mes effort sur une meilleure comprehension de l'industrie et de l'environnement de travail de mes clients en apprendre davantage sur la façon d'alimenter leurs produits ou services, afin de cibler les talents les plus appropriés pour eux et faire avancer leurs affaires.

Parlant couramment le Français, le Russe et le Roumain, je cherche toujours à améliorer mes compétences en anglais.
Je suis bien versé dans la gestion de projet, le recrutement, la planification et le développement, la gestion des relations, les opérations et le coaching.

    My responsibilities:
    Managing and assisting in recruitment projects for low, medium and high-level positions in Europe :Ireland, UK, Netherlands, Denmark (main fields: Construction, Food Industry, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering(top and middle management), Shared services center jobs, Accounting, Supply chain).

    ► White collar jobs
    -Pro-activly sourcing of relevant candidates using innovative channels : database searches, websites, boolean search, social media, direct approach, Linkedin (Recruiter proffesional), Facebook, Universities and social media channels.
    -Network building; build pipelines; market mapping, competitive analysis, cold calling, web tracking, identification, phone and skype interviews.
    -Updating the internal CV’s database with new relevant information’s.
    -Selecting the CVs depending on the job description and the candidate's profile.
    - Presenting the job offers to the candidates.
    - Pre-screening of candidates to deliver high quality shortlists within pre-determined timeframes.
    - Follow up on the interviews process status.

    ► Blue collar jobs ( that invlove to fill a large number of positions simultaneously and quickly without compromising the quality of labour provided).
    I am in charge of managing the entire recruitment and candidate process from source through offer.
    - Screening candidates on behalf of clients to ensure that both the client and workers get exactly what they are looking for.
    - Participating to the employee retention: provide permanently support and information to the employees.

    ► Administrative:

    -Advertising new vacancies on internal website, french or international job boards and social media.
    -Creative and pro-activly sourcing of relevant candidates using innovative channels : database searches, websites, boolean search, xRay, direct approach, Linkedin, Viadeo, Universities and other social media channels.
    -Testing of candidates, competency based interviewing and providing interview reports to hiring managers.
