As Digital Project Manager, I always enjoy building a bridge between Business people and IT experts.
Backed up with international marketing studies, I had the opportunity to work on various businesses: from a mobile start up, consulting firm to a leading insurance company. These experiences, in France and worldwide, are a great inspiring source for self-improvement in my day-to-day life and, of course, in my job.
As every project manager, I lead resources, schedules, risks and budget to ensure customer’s satisfaction. Besides, working on Digital area sharpens up my expertise on UX/Information Architecture, CMS solutions, responsive design and SEO best practices.
Being Digital PM also means keeping up with continuous evolution of technologies, communication trends and leading innovations. This is clearly a challenging aspect of the job, but let’s face it: this is the most interesting part as well!
