Hired as Business Analyst integrated in the Business project department in order
to participate and assist with, under the control of a project manager, the
implementation of a huge project consisting in the renewal of the client report
library.
Designing Datamarts to store specific client oriented data relating to Business
Custody.
Creating reports to clients based on information retrieved from Datamarts.
Implementing those reports into the custodian’s web portal.
- Collecting information from operational departments (back office,
security lending, corporate actions, front office, flow cash and
securities).
- Drafting the functional specification requirements for the IT
department.
- Following-up the developments made by the IT department.
- Supporting the testing campaign and following the enhancement.
- Drafting user guide and supporting clients.
Domains: Corporate Actions, Income collection, Treasury Change, OTC and Securities
Lending.
Specific tasks:
- Analyzing operational department’s requests and preparing and
developing appropriate solutions using Access, VBA, Excel.
- Implementing software of a securities financing data provider for
facilitating the daily work of securities lending’s front office desk.
- Setting-up the customer statement messages swift 940, 942 and 950.
= Drafting specification requirements according to the swift guidelines.
