I am Senior Manager within the Digital Transformation group of the CSC France
Within this organization, I help develop the growing mobile competence center thanks to my involvement with Air France, FNAC or CSC Corp.
This is the natural extension of the web centric project I leaded either for the rework of France #1 internet player (La Redoute, implementing their a Market Place) or the Travel industry where the Web revolution forced our customer like Nouvelles Frontières or Expedia to completely transform their business model, processes and IT. I could capitalize on the many years of CRM centric projects too...
I have a very strong functional expertise, focusing on “front office” business challenges and a great technical background allowing me to conduct fast track projects.
Before joining CSC, I was a System Analyst for Anchor Bank in Madison, WI USA for 3 years and also worked for 3 years in the Czech Republic as the Central European Area Manager of Spontex.
I am quite proud that my project in Nouvelles Frontieres won a CSC West Europe President award... after all this may well be one of the only few successful implementation of a new reservation system in the travel industry...
I am also proud to be a member of the Customer Council of Microsoft’s Macintosh Business Unit... Mister Powerpoint for Mac in some ways
All those experiences gave me :
- an extensive know how in some key business processes
- the necessary IT background to allow an efficient implementation
- a real appeal for international projects. I know well the US and Central Europe (I am fluent in Slovak)...and would love to have an opportunity in China or South America...
