  • Faurecia - Development Senior Quality Manager

    2009 - 2010 Responsible to secure the development and launch of Mechanisms programs, between Poland, Spain, France, China and Brazil.
    Lead the major quality issues
    Member of the PRogram Review Committee, and validate the Gate reviews (VETO rights)
    Ensure the good development of new standard products before the programs.

  • Faurecia - China Supplier Quality Manager

    2007 - 2009 Supplier Development (11 plants): Define the budget for suppliers performance in production. Organize the monthly supplier performance reviews in China division. Lead the TOP10 supplier issues.

    Programs (14 engineers): Transfer the knowledge to the China division in terms of methods and tools. Lead the major program issues related to suppliers. Secure 4 major launches (Ford, GM, Nissan).

    Export (US, EU, Korea, Brazil): Put in place a LCC team to manage the suppliers issues related to export.

    Commotities: Manage the panel of suppliers for quality aspects (300 suppliers). Manage the qualification of the suppliers to our standards.

  • Faurecia - Program Quality Manager (Support function)

    2005 - 2007 Acting Program Quality Director PSA division seating: 5 months

    R&D Quality Manager (support function): around 1 year
    Support the critical situations in terms of problem solving ("internal Black Belt") in a worldwide basis
    Quality member of the Innovation Committees.

    Program Quality Manager (Support function): around 1 year
    Define for the quality function the new Quality System Management and tools
    Train and coach the teams in a worldwide scope (China, US, Brazil, Europe)

  • Johnson Controls - Program Manager

    Colombes 2003 - 2005 Program Manager:
    Responsible of the QCD for Clio III and Twingo 2.
    Successful launch of a new vehicle with Renault in Spain.
    Lead the program team and the launch team.

    Industrial Program Manager:
    Manage the tools and equipment in terms of timing, cost and quality together with the OEM. (30M€).

  • Johnson Controls - Development Engineer

    Colombes 1999 - 2003 Complete development of an innovative product (2 patents) from the Brainstorming until the design release for production.

    Manage the product development:
    Lead the internal development teams (France and Germany) and full service supplier (11 engineers).
    Responsible of the product performance.
    Technical customer interface reporting with the program team directly to the OEM vehicle program director.

  • Autoliv - Development Engineer

    Cergy 1997 - 1999 Responsible to the continuous improvement of the standard product (Design of Experiment allows us to get US market).

    Responsible to develop the new products. "Mechanical Expert" of the team.
