Operations setup in new business development context. Design & implementation of a sustainable operational infrastructure for a €1.5 Billion pan-european real estate investment management company launched in 2008.
This includes:
- venture/fund structuring & fundraising support ;
- setup of each product operational infrastructure, systems ;
- investors reporting ;
- definition and implementation of the sustainability strategy to improve energy performance of managed real estate portfolio.
Clients: major international institutional investors. Covered geographies: Luxemburg, Jersey, France, UK, Germany & Poland.
Operational excellence and process improvement: certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt (MBB), for industrial and financial companies.
Prior to this role, 10 years strategic & management consulting experience for major multinational industrial companies in the US, Asia (Japan, Indonesia, Cambodia, Philippines) and European countries. Strong project management & influencing skills.
Clients: major international multinational companies in various sectors, such as: Total, Sanofi-Aventis, TRW, Nissan, EDF, LVMH.
Strong interest in building sustainable operations
Multicultural and multilingual (5 spoken languages).
