  • EATON - Talent Acquisition Specialist

    montbonnot saint martin 2013 - maintenant * Act as a Business Partner for all Business Units (Electrical, Hydraulic, Aerospace and Automotive) and sites across the EMEA region to attract the right Talent.
    * Play an active part in implementing the HR Shared Services Center based in Budapest in the different roll out phases (France, Italy, UK, Ireland) -process overview, communication, training.
    * Assessment and Selection: train MOP and HR Managers on Lominger competency based interviews used at Eaton, assessing Learning Agility and the overall recruitment process. ;
    * Train the Talent Acquisition team and the HR Community on the new Application Tracking System (move from Brassring to Taleo).
    * Ensure a smooth roll out of TAC to newly acquired company and newly covered geographic zones, creating strong partnership with key stakeholders.
    * Leading the Employee Referral Program at EMEA level in order to increase our Referral Hires: promoting the program, educating employees and Hiring Teams on using the tool, reviewing reward policy, newsletter and other communication and other ad hoc campaign.
    * Source Talent across EMEA for various support and engineering functions - countries covered: Ireland, France, Italy mainly as well as UK, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Spain, Turkey, KSA, UAE, South Africa, Morocco, Germany, Hungary and the Czech Republic.
    * Deliver a positive candidate experience during the recruitment process, educating Hiring Team to manage their candidate with due care.
    * Prepare offers to candidates, liaising with Hiring Teams and the Compensation and Benefit team as required.
    * Manage PSL agencies and external researching partners. ;
    * Data Protection: working with local HR and EMEA Data Protection and Privacy Officer to ensure compliance with in countries regulations (EU, Turkey and South Africa). ;
    * On-boarding and mentoring of more junior team members. ;
    * Work with local HR on ad-hoc needs: outplacements, benchmarking, talent mapping, etc.
    Achievements: I became one the team's top performers and was promoted in 2014. I have established strong partnership with historically difficult partners. I have contributed to the overall performance improvement of the team by keeping a strong track record against challenging KPIs.
  • PayPal Europe Services Ltd - Talent Acquisition Specialist

    2012 - 2013 * Manage volume recruitment for all Business Units for both sites in Dublin and Dundalk.
    * Ensure candidate care is at the centre of the recruitment process.

    Achievements: I filled 71 roles during the length of my contract. I consistently exceeded our Referral Target of 20%. I managed to reduce the interview to hire ratio to ¾ in areas of the business where it was historically higher before.
