Internship of 6 months for the end of my engineer's studies.
In the department Supplier Quality Europe (Paris Team)I managed the risk of foreign bodies linked to raw materials in chocolate products, especially raw materials as nuts.
Results/achievments
Assessment of:
- the plants with the highest number of consumer complaints linked to foreign bodies
- the list of all the suppliers of nuts for the targeted products in those plants (distinction between trader/production site)
- the management in place at the suppliers to provide this kind of foreign bodies (equipment devices, controls, sampling plan...)
- establishement of team meetings to follow this study
- identification of action plans at some suppliers
- redaction of a good practices book to manage the risk of foreign bodies linked to raw materials in nuts

Internship of 2 months in Belgium for my first year in engineer cycle.
In the team Quality and Food Safety Northern Europe I was in charge of collect and validate new version of quality documents concerning suppliers, raw materials and packaging.
> supplier's document: name and address, certifications, quality policy etc.
> raw material delivered: composition, allergens, GMO, etc.
> packaging: composition, inks used, approved for food contact, migration etc.
Results/Achievments
- All suppliers have been contacted with new version of the document to fulfill
- the documents that have been validated were put on a network for all the company
- Ranking of the suppliers according to the level of risk
- Some inconsistencies and wrong information found

Internship of 3 months for my last year in preparatory cycle.
In the department HSQE (Hygien, Security, Quality and Environment) I put in place and monitored the evaluation of the medical center, based on an official document from the HAS (Haute Autorité de Santé). The purpose of this evaluation was to prepare the medical center to an audit of AFNOR in order to be certificated.
Results/Achievments:
- creation and animation of the working groups to explain the quality document of HAS and run the evaluation
- creation of an audit grid
- classification of each standard according to the priority level in time
- action plan for each non compliant standard
