* Act as mentor for new colleagues on the administrative tasks as well as on the products and applications
* Self-organization for trainings: creation, preparation and presentation of materials for customers as well as order of reagents needed for the training and exchange of communication with the customer to set up the lab and prepare user-supplied equipment and consumables needed and with the field service engineer and customer services for the installation of the instrument
* Record any information regularly on a CRM database in order to better follow up with query or issue and better support the customers
* Self-organization for business travels and accommodation with also management and report of the work expenses
