    White Plains 2008 - 2012 * Definition and execution of HR strategy to support agribusiness segment strategy in Europe and notably multi dimensional HR actions (new organization, new incentive system, new performance metrics, redesigned training program and other change management actions) to promote ``value chain'' mindset across organization. Global population of around 1400 people for agribusiness and 2300 people for industrial operations
