    My role was to manage the Customer support services and warranty, for the 5 Million+ customers in EMEA. This included defining the service offering and managing the outsourced helpine and product repair services to reduce cost and increase customer loyalty.

    Achievements:
    . Reduced cost by 30% while maintaining customer satisfaction
    . Developed the warranty Service and spare parts business
    . Devloped the retailer authorised service program
    . Managed business growth: 15 new countries, new product lines
    . Re-engineered the Parts & Repair supply chain of HP and Compaq into a single business model
    . Built and managed the team across western and Eastern Europe
