I am a project management specialist with a wide background in healthcare industry, managing large strategic projects ( > 30 MUSD) in multi-sites pharmaceutical manufacturing area from new process implementations to greenfield new manufacturing suites. These projects scopes include: Construction, HVAC, Utilities, Vendors management, process installation, commissioning and qualification, hand-over to customers, follow-up/support toward operational excellence (QbD, Lean six sigma, DDFP, improvement process,…) with cost and schedule management.

    following project management as well as Lean six sigma methods
    • Installation of 3 automatic vision inspection lines from design to qualification.
    Implementation of DDFP process and six sigma approach during these projects in
    order to reduce defects and false positive detections.

    I led several DMAIC projects as green belt for defects reduction and Lean initiatives in
