Since 1988 in this company (originaly Renault VI part of Renault SA), I spent 10 years in Electrical/electronic Department and 14 years in Quality organization.
Today, I'm in the entity After Market and Soft Product Region EMEA (Europe- Middle East Africa)
In the Trucks Quality Department I'm in charge of Data Analysis Service. Our major responsabilities are to do Monthly KPI for differents organization inside Global Trucks Organization. We are referent/expert in Quality tools and method. We promote new approach in the quality analysis.
The other major part of my job is to be Process responsible for the department (ISO, Businness Solution Manager)
My team is on sites Goteborg and Lyon.
