• Forecast of the saving for the market share in 2014
• Responsible in front the general direction of forecasts and budget execution.
• Responsible for price negotiations.
• Performs the business proposals, based on the technical information and specifications.
• Provides a commercial connection with the project Team and the customer.
• Lead and manage an international projects team from the design to the industrialization in a multi cultural context and multi-site (Poland, Germany, Japan, Korea, Turkey, China, Italia, Romania),
• Work on the request for quotation in accordance with the objectives of Quality, Cost, Lead time, and Product,
• Manage the customer relations, and inform, the top management and all the technical Team of the company, from product development to the full industrialization (audit process closed ) until the SOP + 6 months,
• Ensure the different contract reviews in order to identify and anticipate the potential problems to trigger corrective actions.
• Establish the schedules development, from the validation to the industrialization and propose a consistent technical solution and the internal cost,
• Define the human and financial resources for the project,
• To manage the project team in a matrix organization and to be the interface between the team and the client,
• To guarantee the objectives of Quality, Cost, Lead time, and Product,
• Ensure the industrial launch in collaboration with the factories.

• Pilot teams in charge of RFQ in accordance with the objectives of Quality, Cost, Lead time, and Product,
• Make the budgets, and propose a consistent technical solution and in accordance with the internal cost,
• Make the presentation to customers,
• Make the schedule development, from the validation to the industrialization,
• After to be awarded, pilot and manage the project Team until the handover to project leader,
• Solved all the « critical issues » of the action plan, and guarantee the objectives of Quality, Cost, Lead time, and Product during the project life
• Ensure a permanent contact with customers in order to identify opportunities,
• Orient internal benchmarking research and define the innovation plan for the company.
