As Business Development Manager, I play a key role in strengthening the business relations with RAD customers and partners, and driving superior customer satisfaction. As RAD primary technical contact person for customers and partners, I am responsible for system consultation, training and successful deployment of RAD Solutions.
My job involves a wide range of tasks, such as sales channel development, analyzing of customer needs, system consultation, training, troubleshooting, pilots, and proofing of concepts through all phases of deployment. I also provide post-installation technical support.
