- Define trucks parts and components localization targets for international manufacturing sites (Turkey, Uruguay, Iran, Morocco, Malaysia, Taiwan, Russia, South Africa) and commit on contract to be realized by the project team.
- Build and validate business cases including all related costs (tooling, tests, engineering, project management)
- Create project standard processes (Gates contents for local sourcing, risk assessment methods, and define project team management process.
- Define adapted validation plans with engineerings in order to optimize parts validation lead times with no impact on safety and quality.
- Monitor part quality level for local suppliers, define and apply corrective action plans when it is necessary.
