2011 - 2012In this position I'm leading the Compensation function for the Area (2nd biggest behind the US). My role is to be the corporate representative for the region, designing, implementing and managing the compensation programs and plans. This include, job evaluation/grading (customized hay methodology), Salary surveys, Compensation consulting and processes, defining the compensation governance for EMEA in accordance with Abbott Values and corporate guidelines, Bonus calculation for Divisional plans, Side by side and compensation integration of mergers. (3 acquisitions in 2 years).
I'm also action as local C&B manager (relationship with work council on C&B topics, Benefit design and management of plans (health, top hat plan...), merit process.
Main achievement : establishment of a grading tool, set up of a compensation governance document for HR community, renegociation of french health plan, restructuring plan in France (early retirement plan)
