• Creation of the position and transfer of my expertise from Perfumes & Cosmetics.
• Recruitment of 2 designers and management of the « Creative Services » Department.
• Creation, development and purchase of displays, corners, stores, lounges, retail animations, brand experiences, windows and event spaces, and all merchandising tools to exhibit our brands with the best visibility in the Off-Trade (wine stores, department stores, travel-retail) and On-Trade (restaurants, bars, clubs) distribution channels.
• Focus on sustainable development (recyclable materials, re-usage, end of life).
• Support of local offices (market visits, training, follow-up).
• Focus on consistency, innovation and excellence in execution.
> Numerous industry awards, including the Grand Prix du Luxe 2006 for the Display Dom Pérignon by Karl Lagerfeld, the Ecran d’Or 2008 for the total-immersion experience at the Moët Bar in Macau, and the Silver European Popai 2010 for the Dom Pérignon lounges at the VIP Room in Paris.
