    2004 - 2009 Definition and implementation of the International Merchandising strategy in coordination with the Moët & Chandon and Dom Pérignon Brand Directors, their product managers and the local marketing teams.

    • Creation of the position and transfer of my expertise from Perfumes & Cosmetics.
    • Recruitment of 2 designers and management of the « Creative Services » Department.
    • Creation, development and purchase of displays, corners, stores, lounges, retail animations, brand experiences, windows and event spaces, and all merchandising tools to exhibit our brands with the best visibility in the Off-Trade (wine stores, department stores, travel-retail) and On-Trade (restaurants, bars, clubs) distribution channels.
    • Focus on sustainable development (recyclable materials, re-usage, end of life).
    • Support of local offices (market visits, training, follow-up).

    1999 - 2004 ...in the International Merchandising Department
    Animation of a team (7 designers) and management of a creation budget (500 Keuros/year).

    • Harmonization and optimization of the Studio’s overall performance (briefs, schedules, procedures, compliance with the brand image of Parfums Dior).
    • Development of the team’s creative spirit (techniques, materials, exhibitions, fairs, market visits, competitive intelligence, sharing of findings).
    • Creation and development of 30 projects annually (launches or animations) in conjunction with the International Marketing teams and the Purchasing Department.
    • Organization and animation of the monthly Creation Committees with the CEO.
    • Co-animation of the annual International Merchandising Seminar.

    > Creation and development of the permanent Color Dynamic System concept (16,000 Generic Testerstands, Bars and Gondolas) applied to Make-Up, Skin Care and Fragrances.
    > 17% increase in basic makeup turnover in 2001 with the deployment of the CDS concept.
