After managing technical projects with a 10 experts team, I implement the 6 Sigma methodology in two plants to improve Quality and reduce cost as a Black Belt.
I applied this method to design and develop a new process to reach a 400% improvement.
Key improvements were based on a Lean approach and a strong visual management orientation.
Then, I moved to an international assignment in China as Quality and Engineering Manager for 3 years, starting from green field to implement a Quality Business Management System and pass the ISO 9001 & TS 16959 Audit.
Having always targets in terms of cost savings, short timing and good quality, I'm ready for new opportunities to make changes and results quickly!
