Réalisation marquante en 2024 : application de suivi d'une chaine logistique à l'international pour la société Recyclamed. Modélisation des données. Développement de l'application avec Power Apps (data model driven/dataverse), utilisation intensive et diverse de Power Automate (65 flux), notamment pour la génération de documents (contrats, demandes de réservation maritime, factures et avoirs, reçus de paiement, rapports d'opérations, rapports transfrontaliers, états du compte...). Utilisation des connecteurs externes Adobe et Encodian. Tableau de bord avec Power BI. Gestion des documents sur SharePoint. Intégration de données d'enquêtes Microsoft Forms.
Autres missions en 2024 et 2025 autour de la digitalisation de documents, automatisation de processus de recrutement (approbation interne, interaction avec les candidats, prise de rendez-vous...), capture de factures et bons de livraison sur mobile et intégration en ERP, indexation de documents PDF, intégration SharePoint et Excel, tableaux de bord. Utilisation de Power Apps canvas, Power Automate avec nombreux connecteurs. Mise en oeuvre de l'Intelligence Artificielle avec AI Builder et Azure (Open AI/GPT, transcription voix/texte, traduction, extraction d'informations, analyse d'images). Utilisation de listes SharePoint, Dynamics 365 Business Central, Power BI. Création de sites SharePoint.

As part of the worldwide IT organization (Microsoft IT and then Microsoft Digital), landing and user adoption of the global sales platform for the internal commercial organizations (CRM with Dynamics 365, Business Intelligence with Power BI, line of business applications, external solutions like Seismic...) in France, Western Europe and Central & Eastern Europe. Participant in the change management virtual teams that support the sales transformation initiatives towards the Cloud and an improved integration between sales and marketing. This includes activities in the Planning, Delivery and Operating phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Listening activities to gather feedback on the employee experiences for the product groups (Customer Zero). Viva and Copilot employee adoption.
