    2011 - 2013 AVENIR TELECOM ROMANIA, French subsidiary of Avenir Telecom Group.
    2 main activities:
    - Retailer of Telecommunications for COSMOTE, third operator in Romania. Around 80 shops
    - Wholesalers of mobile accessories in Romania + export in Eastern Europe

    - Elaboration of annual budget and Analysis (sales forecast, gross margin, general expenses, net result)
    - Participation in the accounts closings (local Romanian accountancy + IFRS standards)
    • Monthly financial reports (PL, BS...) and quarterly consolidation for Avenir Telecom Group
    • Management report with the Sales director in order to explain the P&L and to present the corrective actions
    - Implementation of a P&L per shop, support for the closures of few shops
    - Follow-up of the commercial activity (sales per channel, direct and indirect activity)
    - Cost killer review with the Board: monthly control of the general expenses per department, renegotiation of all the contracts with the suppliers.
    - Stock Analysis: amount, depreciation, organization of the annual fiscal inventory (president of the commission)
    - Audit coordinator between KPMG Romania and Avenir Telecom Group

    Paris 2008 - 2011 SFD, SFR - VODAFONE GROUP, Retailer in Telecommunications and Internet Provider : around 300 « Espace SFR » shops. Team of 6 financial controllers

    - Elaboration of annual budget and Analysis (sales forecast, gross margin, EBITDA)
    - Participation in the accounts closings (IFRS standards)
    • Computation of the monthly mobile subventions agreed with SFR
    • Computation and analysis of the stock depreciation
    • Variance analysis of the Gross Margin Vs Budget and historical
