Currently Engineering Director for the Acoustic and Soft Trim product line at Faurecia, my experience is based on engineering and operation.
Use to low cost country I have launch production and engineering in Poland and Romania; I came back from China, where I started a new cushion plant in Shanghai.
I have created, lead and reorganized different size multi site and multi cultural teams with ambitious targets in the very competitive sector of automotive.
I am a senior program manager combine with significant manufacturing and operation management, result driven to executive targets, with a very wide technical background and good negotiation skills; I approach all situations with a “win win” mind set.
Strong believer of the power of diversity in the industry I belong to several international associations acting in this direction.
