    Audited the Yield Management implementation within the Royal Air Maroc airline.

    - Strategy & Marketing (BtoB), EADS (7 months) :
    Analysed the Strategic Position of the Image Intelligence business within the EADS group.
    Developed a Marketing Plan dedicated to the EADS Image Intelligence global export offer.

    - Strategy & Marketing, ABB Group (BtoC) (9 months) :
    Developed and implemented a marketing strategy, designed to develop the BtoC lightning protection market (Hélita-Soulé, ABB group).

    Blagnac 1999 - 2004 - From 2004 to 2005 : Roadmap for the French Ministry of Defence (MoD) for Command & Control (C2) systems programs : urbanization, master plans, strategic/financial/technical recommendations.

    - From 1999 to 2003: Project Management in a large French MoD program lead by a consortium of 3 companies. Geography and Intelligence Information System for the French Defense community.

    1997 - 1999 Developped the Fleximage marketing strategy and global export offer (products & services) in the field of Digital Geography and Image Intelligence.
  • Triedre - Consultant

    1991 - 1996 NATO Expert and full time Consultant for the French Procurement Agency (DGA) in the field of Digital Geography and Image Intelligence.
