    Ensuring Sox compliance and Local tax compliance across the Region

    Achievements
    Reducing the monthly closing submission from day+5 to day+3
    Optimisation of the Finance resources: has reduced Headcount by 12% since 2006 despite the revenue growth (25%/year) by streamlining processes and IT developments (Oracle R12, Exact Globe, Hyperion)
    Completing the Global finance transformation along with the US Corporate& finance team ; set up of a Shared services center in Budapest.
    Implementation of new ERP Exact Globe 2003 in France (2008) and Spain (2009), actively participate in the implementation of oracle R12 in Italy over 2011;

    Have launched the function of Business Analyst.
    Accounting Software : ERP migration in 2007 to Exact Globe 2003.
