    2014 - maintenant - Provides Technical support to European Customers ((Orange, Vodafone, T-Mobile, Hutchison 3G, Telefonica, Airbus, Technicolor, Beeline, MTC Russia) for Mobile Phones, Data Cards, Routers, M2M products and connected devices (Android Watch).

    2011 - 2014 Main Responsibilities:
    - Builds from scratch an experienced mobile QA team: leader, trainer and recruiter of 10 engineers.
    - In charge of validation resources management, project planning, defect tracking, reporting and quality monitoring in intercultural environment mainly on Android Smartphones.

    Experience
    - Setup the test process for phone design and platform design, lead team to do testing for each SW/HW release and create tests reports.
    - Identify, design and drive opportunities for new processes, tools and other operational improvements at a regional and global level (e.g defects KPI creation)
    - Performs conformance 2G/3G/3G+/LTE Field Trial in Asia before launch in Market place; Manage quality assurance and testing process
    - Defines project planning milestones, test strategy and provides GO/NoGo decision of key handsets,
    - Engages and liaises with all the project stakeholders and Technical Management groups in the early stage of the project regarding testing requirements and project status updates.
    - Defines the Global Field test strategy and consolidate it by adding other Regions input (EMEA, LATAM, US, South Asia)
    - Creates a test schedule, allocating the resources and coordinating the weekly test activity for the Field Testing team.

    2006 - 2011 Responsibilities:
    - Protocol Conformance Test (PCT), Carrier Acceptance Tests (CAT), User Acceptance testing (UAT) for GSM-GPRS-EDGE-UMTS products: cooperate with R&D Center and customer, define test plan, provide technical support to get related certification and test report accordingly.
    - In charge device validation specification and execution (performing test plans, reporting issues, provide test reports, validation of patch and fixes
    - Supporting affiliates for issues troubleshooting & resolution (technical understanding, ask/deliver needed information)
    - Execution of defined Carrier/Certification test plans in a live air environment across EMEA Carriers, e.g Orange F, Vodafone, T-Mobile. Acceptance testing, TMO VQG, O2 DE TTS, GCF.
    - Issue negotiation, technical support for help overcoming blocking problem (work around proposals…)
    - Actively contributes to definition/improvement of the processes for the test execution & project management activities
