Part of the Milk & Indulgence Platform within the Soft Pod Product Development team R&D Banbury (Uk), I lead Product Development of the EU portfolio with a focus on New Product Development and Next Generation Innovation.
Internally I work closely with Packaging, IP, Sensory and Chemistry departments.
Cross-functionaly, I am in direct contact with Marketing, Innovation, Operations, Consumer Insights, Corporate Quality and Supply Chain on a daily basis, as well as third parties (suppliers, co-manufacturers).
In this role, I am responsible for managing assigned technical projects within larger Innovation Programs, as well as managing cross-functional projects from kick-off to launch.
