  • EUROPCAR INTERNATIONAL - Scrum Product Owner & Senior Online Product Manager

    2009 - 2015 Owned digital product backlog: Write user stories and acceptance criteria, prioritisation, participation in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-up, retrospective, demo, sprint planning)

    - Configured and launched online marketing initiatives for retail brands; managed positioning of partner ads, drove external campaigns to meet objectives, researched programs to increase web presence (blogs, newsletters, fidelity program); started Facebook viral marketing campaign.
    - Managed direct marketing campaigns for emails and newsletters; oversaw customer feedback forum (internal review, publication), brought value to the brand by collecting structured feedback from customers.
  • La Redoute - International Web Coordinator

    Roubaix 2007 - 2007 While at La Redoute, a large subsidiary of PPR Group specializing in French fashions at accessible prices, I orchestrated the planning and completion of women’s, men’s, and children’s apparel, and home décor online web marketing operations principally for Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Spain, and Portugal. That is to say that I managed the coordination between the design studios, HTML and XML integrators, merchandise production teams, all other interested parties in France, and the European subsidiary countries.
    Once a project had completed its run online, I analyzed and evaluated the commercial success of these operations using tracking programs such as Omniture.
    I presented detailed results on a weekly basis to the International Marketing Director and the entire International Web team.
