    Courbevoie 2007 - 2009 Led the creation and development of the Integrated Solutions and Outsourcing business unit dedicated to the acquisition and management of custom complex managed services and outsourcing deals with a total contract value in excess of $250M.
    Laurent contributed to the success of AT&T's largest global contract in excess of $1.5BN outside the
    US and personally led the execution of a number of strategic and outsourcing deals.
  • Orange Business Services - Global Head of Business Development - Integration Services

    2005 - 2007 Led the global transformation of the Integration Services Business Unit to become a leading services integrator focused on complex integrated, managed and outsourced services. He restructured the sales engagement & solution development process and established best practice methodologies in complex bid management, commercial & risk management, and transition management. Within the first year, the business unit was back into growth with the success of a number of high-profile deals and gained significant momentum achieving low double digit growth rate in the second year to reach over €350m of revenues in 2006.
