    2012 - 2012 In charge of all support and services activities dedicated to Aeroconseil customer airlines:
    - Lead a team of 20 engineers, define commercial and technical proposals
    - Coordinate, develop and take part to technical activities: flight ops optimization (fuel efficiency), operational documentation management, flight ops consulting and safety audits.

    Additional activities:
    - Regulatory watch (EU-OPS, EASA AMC 20-xx series, mandates and exemptions, etc.)
    - Take part to critical reviews with Mitsubishi Aircraft Corporation regarding the development and approval process of the MRJ Operational Suitability Data (OSD).
  • Groupe AEROCONSEIL - Cockpit operations & avionics functions engineer - Project manager

    2008 - 2012 On behalf of Airbus Cockpit Operations group and for the different programs:
    - Analyze pilots’ and operators’ needs, work in close connections with Airbus flight test and training pilots
    - Define avionics operational and functional requirements (operational concept, cockpit interfaces, procedures)
    - Organize operational evaluations and demonstrations to airlines / authorities on simulators
    - Draw up cockpit and operations description documents, ops and technical briefs, evaluations reports, etc.

    Main projects: ADS-B In-Trail Procedures, automatic emergency descent, unreliable airspeed indications, continuous descent approaches, CFIT reduction safety initiative, onboard airport navigation system, ETOPS FMS function study. Good knowledge of CNS systems, RNP-AR and xLS functions.

    Additional activities:
    - Cockpit Ops & RNP project lead - 25 engineers, turnover ≈2.5M €/ yr (Nov.2010 - Jan. 2012)
    - Global 7000/8000 flight deck workshops in Montreal with Bombardier Aerospace (3 days - Dec. 2011)
