In Alstom Power Hydro, my mission consists to lead a project during tendering phase. To do so, a dedicated core team is involded from each department (technical, costing, sourcing, transport, site activities…) to prepare an offer that with the Sales Manager we will present to the customer.
These are multi-products projects : Turbine, Generator, Hydromechanicals, BOP, CC.
I am in charge of :
- Division of Work, Interfaces between all products
- Technical Specification Review with potential deviations
- Elaboration of the Tender Time Schedule in accordance with technical specification
- Coordination with all functions for lead time optimization
- Industrial Scheme optimization
- Erection & Commissioning activities analysis and elaboration
- Risks & Opportunities management
Projects won :
- 2012 - Peligre, Haiti - 35M€ - refurbishment of 3 Vertical Francis Turbine of 18MW, Generators, BOP and Hydromechanical equipments.
- 2012 - Artvin, Turquey - 82M€ - 2 new vertical Francis Turbine of 170MW, Generators, BOP and Hydromechanical equipments.
- 2012 - Paravani, Turkey - 28M€ - 2 new vertical Francis Turbine of MW, Generators and BOP with a Consortium partner.
- 2014 - Inga, RDC - 65M€ - refurbishlent of 2 units, Francis Turbine of 178MW, Generator, BOP, CS with a consortium partner
