    2006 - 2012 • Manage several projects for HRIS systems, based on PeopleSoft 9.0 for a large bank in Switzerland (50,000+ employees).
    • Manage the integration project of 11,000 employees into the PeopleSoft HCM system of a large energy management group (100,000 employees in the current system) in Paris, France, after an acquisition.
    • Manage the PMO department for a Payroll Outsourcing company in Malaysia. Defining the role & responsibilities of projects. Reviewing current projects, processes, and proposals, defining solutions to shorten the project timeframe, engaging with customers.
    • Coordinate the PeopleSoft HCM 8.9 technical projects for a building materials company in France. Monitoring of the different environments on a daily basis, planning the system shutdowns, organizing the maintenance operations of the systems, ensuring communication between internal and external teams. Environments are based on Oracle, Linux, Websphere, and PeopleSoft.
    • Manage the PeopleSoft HCM 8.9 implementation project for an energy & utility company in China. Project scope includes Human Resources, Global Payroll, and Absence Management.
    • Deliver Pre Sales activities for a Consulting company in China: Based on PeopleSoft HCM products, Service Proposals give details on Project Objectives, Project Approach, Project Estimate-to-Completion, Project Team Structure, High-Level Project Plan, Risks and Assumptions, Project Deliverables, and Project Milestones.
    • Manage the recovery of a failed PeopleSoft HCM 8.9 implementation project for a mining company in New Caledonia, and deliver it on time and in the budget. Project scope includes Human resources, Global Payroll, Absence Management, and Time and Labour. Deliverables include new HRIS roadmap, project budget and schedule.
    • Deliver Program Management expertise during an HR Access Hra 5 implementation for a French HR Software Editor in the UK.
    • Build the Professional Services Delivery Organization for the UK subsidiary of a French HR Software Editor (Implement the tools and the processes to manage the Customer Services department).
    • Deliver PeopleSoft HCM 8.8 end users training for the French office of a lawyer firm, based in New York.
    • Manage the PeopleSoft HCM 8.9 implementation project for a French tyre manufacturer in the UK. Project Scope includes Global Payroll and Absence Management.
