    Data processing & reporting
    * Accumulate, submit, control and communicate payroll related data to external payroll vendors ;
    * Preparation of weekly, monthly and quarterly reports with SAP/Workday in regards to headcount,
    remuneration, bonus, holidays, sick days, fluctuation, BDUES (France related)
    * Control the accuracy of payroll data before payment

    * Support the general ledger accounting team in completion of all statutory required compliance in-country (US-
    GAAP)
    * Ensure SOX compliance ;
    * Preparing monthly movement reports for the accounting team (Flux/Holidays accruals/salary journals)
    * Providing explanation for the monthly closure about fluctuations of wage tax percentage and Social Security
    contributions
    * Payroll controller checking others countries payroll by reviewing accuracy and consistency between the data
    collected and the output of payroll providers.

    * Creating payroll procedure manual/guidelines for the responsible countries
    * Organise payroll set up for new country : meet possible payroll providers, negotiation and conclusion of
