Driven by business operations professional with over 10 years of management experience in multinational corporate and NGO-environments I have lived and worked in the Netherlands, France, and India in both project and line management positions.
I led the development and the implementation of the organization IT strategy on IT transformation across the implementation of shared services focusing on service delivery, business value creation and digital transformation. I have led major business transformation programs, outsourcing initiatives and offshoring of different functions. My mission is to transform and optimize teams and organizations connecting business and people within the different layers of the organization. I am an enabler, a bridge builder and a go getter.

After 8 years of IT consulting developing expertize on international business transformation projects I have been appointed by Medecins Sans Frontieres in early 2014 as Head of IT & IS to develop and implement the required IT strategy to support the organization development and growth.
