  - Definition of the group purchasing strategy for the plastic parts segment,
  - Responsible Preferred supplier panel creation by segment and technology by region to ensure optimal product and financial results,
  - Accountable for the performance indicators of the segment,
  - Management of the global negotiation at group level with major suppliers.

• VALEO - Branch Commodity Manager

  - Management of 8 commodity buyers located in 12 plants,
  - Development of a « strategic sourcing » methodology, with a view to defining for each segment a purchasing strategy and a target panel,

  - Follow-up of the strategy implementation by divisions and project teams (P1/P2),
  - Preparation and management of « global » negotiations at branch level and signature of long term agreements,
