I am in the UK for more than 4 years now and I am not planning on leaving this country. I really enjoyed working here. I have been able to learn a different management style: you can be good at what you do without being strict and rude. This is something you can see in most of the french hospitality industry.
I have discover a passion for the wine from all around the world. Six months after the sommelier left and I took over the wine list, it has been awarded AA notable wine list for 2009/2010.
I am a young operations manager and I try to learn as fast as possible. I hate if I come to work and there is nothing to do (that never happen in hospitality).
