    Casablanca 2013 - maintenant - Overall responsibilities for the extensive tendering process
    - Direct Reporting to the Managing Director, Nexans LHV and member of LHV Executive Committee
    - Management of a multi-cultural team of 10 tender managers (located in Germany, in France and in Belgium).
    - Management of a multi-cultural engineering team (15 people in various fields : HV cables, accessories, system engineering and civil works).
    - Targeted order entry for 2015 : 200 M€

    - To define the Tendering strategy in compliance with LHV overall strategy
    - To propose improvements in order to provide new and competitive advantages to Nexans’ solutions.
    - To coordinate and monitor the tender preparations
    - To lead offer presentations and negotiations in front of the customers
    - To lead internal tender reviews in front of Nexans Management Board
    - As tendering leader, to promote the “best practices” for all units specially in USA and in China
    - To challenge and monitor the teams

    - Direct Reporting to the Project Execution Director, Nexans LHVBG

    - Responsible for the performance of all the projects in the U.A.E : P&L, technical and commercial matters, implementation on site, subcontracting.
    - DEWA 400kV EPC Project – 110 M€ - Main data :
    • Overall responsibility (Engineering, Procurement, Contracting)
    • Design and construction in Dubai of a precast tunnel dedicated to the installation of 400kV cables and ancillary services.
    • Supply and Installation of 400kV cables and related accessories.
    • Design and implementation of auxiliary services : fire alarm system, lighting and small power, drainage, ventilation, alarms and monitoring equipment.
    • Management of many different subcontractors (450 people working on site – more than 3 million working man-hours)
    • Difficult financial and contractual environment
    - Projects in Abu Dhabi :
    • “5 substations” Project awarded in May 2010 for a 75 M€ amount.
    • Other projects in progress

    - Responsible for the business development towards local contractors and private customers in the U.A.E and in Qatar.
  • Nexans - Business Development Manager

    Casablanca 2002 - 2005 Ingénieur, diplômé de l'Ecole Centrale Paris en 1998, j'ai tout d'abord effectué mon service militaire dans la Marine Nationale pendant 15 mois en tant qu'Officier Chef de Quart, véritable expérience de management direct dans un environnement exigeant.

    J'ai continué ma carrière professionnelle chez Nexans, division Telecoms (ex Alcatel Cable) comme chef de produit, responsable de la gamme des produits destinés aux infrastructures Cuivre. Ce poste, à dominante technique, incluait l'identification des besoins marché, la supervisation de la conception, du développement et de l'industrialisation puis de la commercialisation des nouveaux produits et le suivi des budgets.

    J'ai ensuite évolué en interne fin 2002 pour devenir Business Development Manager. Ma mission est de développer et de pérenniser le portefeuille Clients en Asie. Je travaille en collaboration avec les équipes locales, prépare les offres techniques et commerciales, les défends devant nos principaux clients lors des projets stratégigues.

    Aujourd'hui, je souhaite évoluer vers un poste dans une direction marketing industrielle ou direction technique pour valoriser mes acquis et développer de nouvelles compétences managériales.
