    I was brought on board by the managing director in order to structure and improve the Supply chain department. I achieved this target by streamlining the processes, putting in place targets and bringing the different teams (logistic, QC and procurement) to work together.

    Hong Kong 2008 - 2010 Achievements:
    - Strengthen the management of the internal quality and quality team.
    - Introduce new KPIs for internal quality helping to reduce our order validation lead time from 9 days to 1 day on average.
    - Enhance the collaboration between quality team and Sales department by implementing a Key account centered organization with dedicated staff.
    - Design Taylor made service for VIP clients: Production monitoring, Audits, specific inspection process and reporting format etc.
    - Improve the communication between quality team and client and divide by 2 complaints due to instruction not followed.
    - Improve and complete the checklists based on European and US standards for specific products in order to cover 80% of all products inspected with available checklists online.
    - Increase the protocol team productivity from 12 orders treated per day to 17.
  • AsiaInspection Ltd - Operations Manager

    Hong Kong 2006 - 2008 ▪ Achievements:
    - Successfully divide by 3 the number of complaint received (From 3.4% to 1.1%)
    - Reduce the global expense of the department saving around 300.000US$ per year.
    - Set up an audit and training department helping to reduce the complaint due to inspector’s job from 1.8% to 0.6%.
    - Recruit and integrate more than 25 people in order to sustain the targeted growth.
    - Help to reach the growth target of +100% in 2007 and 80% in 2008.
    - Improve the ideal delivery time by 10%
    - Set up successfully an automatic bonus system for the whole department indexed on KPIs.
    - Design, implement and follow up of new services such as new Factory audit and Social audits based on ISO 9000, SA 8000 or ETI.
    - Re-organization of team working procedure (for instance, dedication to key
    client etc.)
