▪ Achievements:
- Drive the supply chain department to fuel the growth of the company (861% from 2010 to 2011)

I was brought on board by the managing director in order to structure and improve the Supply chain department. I achieved this target by streamlining the processes, putting in place targets and bringing the different teams (logistic, QC and procurement) to work together.

- Improve and complete the checklists based on European and US standards for specific products in order to cover 80% of all products inspected with available checklists online.
- Increase the protocol team productivity from 12 orders treated per day to 17.

- Recruit and integrate more than 25 people in order to sustain the targeted growth.
- Help to reach the growth target of +100% in 2007 and 80% in 2008.
