    2014 - maintenant In charge of 6 New Programs and 3 type of products (Covers, Headrests and Foams) for Ford S_Max & Galaxy, BMW Active Tourer, BMW Mini (all versions), BMW série 4 Gran Coupe, Audi Q7 and Audi A4/A5 (all versions)
    Responsible for keeping the PC&L requirements on target, on time, to budget. The main missions are :
    -Develop all PC&L Budget line items for the assigned program
    -Conduct On-Site Customer and Supplier Readiness reviews, then develop and manage Up-to Schedule Plans
    -Interface with all appropriate Faurecia Program Management, Engineering, Launch and Plant personnel to proactively manage relevant items, contain costs, ensure Customer and Faurecia timelines/milestones are met, supplier and plant issues addressed
    -Track assigned programs, highlight bottlenecks, timing issues, cost concerns, inefficiencies, customer requirements
    -Provide improvement recommendations, and champion implementing approved recommendations
    Highlight and advise Management regarding issues affecting Program Success
    -Provide program team with all Faurecia and customer required documentation
    -Develop logistics, perform freight analysis, interface with carriers, resolve carrier issues
    -Develop packaging requirements, quotes, allocate containers as needed, resolve packaging issues
  • Faurecia - Operational Logistics Manager

    2009 - 2014 -Ensure continuous improvement in productivity and Logistics costs.
    -Drive the KPI Logistics: Stocks, Misdeliveries per Million (MPM), Transport costs.
    -Support of the plants for the serial issues of deliveries with Suppliers/Customers.
    -Ensure plant implementation of Logistic methods and tools.
    -Build up an action plan in cooperation with the plant Logistic managers.
    -Follow supplier delivery performance and propose improvement action plans.
    -Support the plants in getting needed data to run Spare parts business.

    -Manage phase out : reduce obsolete stocks to minimum levels and reorganize file in order to obtain reimbursement from the customer
