Consultant Lean Deployment

I want to deploy my large experience on different companies, mainly focused on Lean Manufacturing and Pull Flow concept, because of I met very good success with this.
Following diagnosis to identify the main wastes and malfunctions, I will propose to implement some tools and methodology to improve: products quality level, production times efficiency, or supply chain costs...
we will define clear targets both with company, and I will teach and coach all people to ensure sustainability.
