Over the past 7 years, I had the chance the grow and learn at a great pace through multiple sound experiences, jobs and interactions within amazing multicultural teams.     Achievements: Global Dry Laundry sourcing approach in collaboration with internal and external parties around the globe; Build and execute commercial and technical savings portfolio across materials; Manage one direct employee to focus on secondary packaging; In charge of the #1 Flexible Packaging supplier relationship management; Lead a new to the world packaging innovation project.

  • Procter & Gamble - Purchasing Manager - Hygiene Components EMEA

    Asnières-sur-Seine 2009 - 2012 Strategic sourcing of Feminine Care backsheet and wrapper EMEA (>$80MM).
    Achievements: Introduce competition into a single source supply delivering breakthrough savings and beautification features to the business; Lead a supplier localization project in Middle-East; Deliver supply chain agility improvements via Value-Stream Mapping exercises

  • Kraft Foods France - Junior Packaging Buyer

    CLAMART 2008 - 2008 Sourcing of seasonal chocolate packaging and displays (>$10MM).
    Achievements: Lead several packaging development projects hand in hand with Marketing, R&D and suppliers; Prepare and launch inquiry to deliver year-on-year savings glide path on in-store displays for France and Benelux.

  • EDF Agence Achats Ingénierie CIDEN - Acheteur Junior

    2006 - 2007 Au sein d’une équipe de 30 acheteurs travaillant pour la division en charge de la déconstruction des Centrales Nucléaires qui ne sont plus en activité, conduite d’actes d’achat selon les étapes du processus :

    - Expression du besoin, Sourcing,
    - Préparation des dossiers d’appel d’offre et lancement des e-tenders,
    - Analyse des offres en collaboration avec les unités clientes en charge de la prescription technique,
    - Négociation avec les fournisseurs retenus, et finalisation du contrat,
