    CRM Private bankl application program (2 years duration) :
    Promotion and deployment of the “One Brand” Group strategic program for Front-Office activities (CRM Private Bank application). Documentation of the Initial Request, of the Requirement Specification for Paris and the Design Report for Geneva. UAT phase test management (Front-to-Back) and change management (training).

    Concept Against Fraud integration (12 months duration) :
    Promotion of the “One Brand” Group strategic program for Internal Control activities. Coordination of different actors and roll out the Concept Against Fraud application (CAF) complying with SOX.

    Payment Service Directive complying (18 months duration) :
    Payment Services Directive roll out in Paris (regulatory project). Impact analysis and enhancements coordination (client reporting, data flow…)

    Front-office Private Bank Synergie system enhancements(12 months) :
    Ever-greening of the Front-Office Synergie application in order to optimize the collaboration between retail commercial teams and Private Bank RM’s (referrals). Re-draw the layout of the application and manage the project steps (follow up milestones).

    Budget Reporting to the board :
    Governance committee preparation and presentation regarding to IT Project activities. Client oriented approach (sponsor), budget, resource and priorization matrix estimations

    2004 - 2007 Group Private Bank system implementation
    Local applications alignment with the Group standards. Requirement Specification, team management, planning preparation with NIKU/Workbench for KYC applications
