BEAUVAIS
Enthusiastic petroleum sedimentary geologist, with high degree of expertise in clastic sedimentology (sedimentological processes, facies analysis in marine and continental depositional systems), structural geology, and basin analysis. Used and skilled to carry out integrated tectono-sedimentary study using outcrops and subsurface data (seismic and wells data).
Key qualifications are:
• Sedimentological facies expertise on outcrop sections and/or on cores samples
• Wireline logs integration/calibration, e.g. electrofacies definition and propagation
• High resolution sequence stratigraphy and expertise in stratigraphic correlations
• Conventional seismic and seismic stratigraphy interpretations
• Geological model integration
Experience as petroleum exploration sedimentologist may be summarized as follow:
• Up to 10 km of core described
• Hundred of km of sequence stratigraphic well correlations
• Few thousands of km of seismic sections and/or volume interpreted on a conventional and/or in a seismic stratigraphic basis
• Dozens of plays/leads mapping realized
