    MASSY 2005 - 2007 I am the account manager of the 2 largest Agilent EDA customers in Europe. It includes Account relationship (top level management, cross functional teams, negotiating group…), the account planning, the product deployment through technical events (workshops, seminars, training, support), VIP tours and leading a worldwide Team (sales engineers, application engineer, R&D, product planning, contract managers). In 3 years, the compound annual growth rate was over 20%.
  • Agilent Technologies - Support business development Manager

    MASSY 2001 - 2005 I have been responsible for developping support business among major accounts (Thales, Nortel Networks, Alcatel, France Telecom...).

    It includes the implementation and the follow-up of Global contracts, manufacturing uptime, long term supportability, asset management, outsourcing as well as the account management on WW operation. I was leading a virtual team (Inside Field Engineer, project managers and contract administrators).

    MASSY 1999 - 2001 As a project manager, I was responsible for developping and implementing custom support solutions in France, Benelux and Spain including asset management.

    I was managing 2 people as well as various subcontractors & partners.

    Asset management revenues have strongly increased (50% of total European asset management sales) through higher customers satisfaction and leveraging of success stories.
  • Climats & Sapratin - Export Sales Manager

    1993 - 1999 I have started up and grow the export sales department including the management of 3 persons and 30 foreign representatives (hiring, contracting, training), the marcom activities (exhibitions, sales brochure, service manuals, Web sites…), and the technical and sales support.

    Sales were in Asia, South America & Europe
