Define a resources sizing and future organization to support the portfolio evolution and in order to secure the 2014-2016 budget. The exercise needs to be done for both EU Big 5 countries and EU markets.
Activities:
Define resources allocations to support the portfolio evolution (Sales force sizing, head office organization…).
Determine preferred organization scenario to handle the increased portfolio complexity
Evaluating competitors organization to take into account the ecosystem.
Define Sales deployment strategy and develop the 2014-2017 resource plan.

The BMW Group is a leader in the premium sector of the international automobile market.
It launched the "Retail Performance Management"(RPM) project throughout BMW dealers network in several market to face commercial performance settling and competition increase, supporting sales performance at dealer level.
Role and responsibilities
In this context, the role of coach in “New Car Sales”, “New Car Sales Booster”, “Business Customers Sales” and “Used Car Profitability”, “Customer Satisfaction in New Car Sales”:
• Prepare and conduct health checks analysis and wrap-up to set-up coaching program
• Execute and animate coaching sessions for sales management and sales staff on identified first-priority areas of development.
• Manage coaching activities planning and execution at dealer level taking into account dealer context and constrains
• Deliver RPM project status at dealer level, identifying activity owner, flagging keys issues and risks and pushing for closure.
• Liaise with BMW business at dealer level (Sales Area Manager) to ensure RPM recommendations are understood and that they will follow-up RPM project activities after Accenture has left the project.
• Report to Mastercoach any identified risk related to project planning, dealer commitment or any other risks for the project
• Report project progress at coach and dealer level in tools provided by BMW and the management (Calendar FR, Team Planning, Sharepoint, Internal Status, etc.).
• Support some Project Management tasks to be defined at a second step of the project
