• Working knowledge of wafer-based micro-refractive lens fabrication methods.
• Depth of experience in component level and wafer level processing material technologies for micro optics.
• Proven experience in the successful and profitable transitioning of prototype product(s) to high volume manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience providing real-time engineering support for a manufacturing operation.
Conduct development and applied engineering to achieve high quality micro-refractive solutions using new and/or existing materials and methods.
• Provide process support for manufacturing problems, continuous improvement and implementation of new processes into production environments.
• Write/develop manufacturing process to assure compliance with approved methods and quality standards.
