    2008 - 2010 Industrial context: 86 workers in the industrial plant, 6 industrial clients, average sales by month of 1,5 million euros.
    • Supervise logistics activities(10 peoples): Supplying and receiving (200 suppliers), schedule and production planning, inventory management (2,1 million €), delivery.
    • Built and analysed KPI
    => Increased customer service by 80% to 90%
    • Managed, with clients and management committee, family product starts and life-ending.
    • Responsible for decreasing and optimizing Stock in Dietal Group (all 3 plants).
    => Defined methodology, tools, and follow up.
    => Decreasing of Stock from 6,7 millions to 5 millions € (all 3 plants).
  • DIETAL SA - Romania - Project Manager

    2006 - 2008 Industrial context: industrial site in high expansion from 150 persons in 2006 to 300 in 2007.

    • Built up supply chain department in the plant
    • Proposed and applied re-organization and re-engineering logistics department: started up master production schedule, planning and MRP (Material requirement planning), Analyzed delivery, trained the team.
    => Autonomous Supply chain department in October 2007 (12 persons)

    • Managed increasing of production rate.
    • Responsible for the plant and key user (prototyping, defining parameters, trainer) in the new ERP project.
    => Success conversion in June 2008.
  • Key Plastics Interiors - Short time contract - Supply Chain

    2005 - 2005 Industrial context: Specialized in plastic injection in automotive industry. 250 workers.

    •Decreased stock by lean manufacturing approach: conducted 3 teamwork (Working groups) to optimize Supplying, in process inventory, demand management and planning.
    => Decreased stock by 170 K€ = 2 days of sales.
  • Neyr Plastics Industrie (MECAPLAST) - Short time contract - Supply Chain

    2004 - 2004 Industrial context: four factories on the site which are clients among themselves and/or front suppliers.

    • Analysed flows between factories: Started system to re-complete stocks (appeal etiquettes).
    • Analysed flows in workshop: reorganized flows in paths and researched of logistical solutions.
  • PSA PEUGEOT CITROËN - Short time contract - Supply Chain

    Rueil Malmaison 2003 - 2003 Industrial context: Starting of an Industrial suppliers platform (ISP) and starting of the “407” vehicle.

    • Integrated of synchronised flows coming from the ISP.
    • Organized and managed a test pilot to check the validity in the new type of flow.
    • Elaborated on the basis of reserves (FMEA type) starting a follow-up to be put in place.
